RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY

You can return/exchange any order within 5 days from the date of delivery, No Questions Asked! Just simply ship it back to us. To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (Return charges may apply).

Once the product is received in our facility, we will replace the product.

WRONG OR DAMAGED ORDER

While these cases are extremely rare, however, if you do receive a wrong or a damaged product, please ensure that you contact our Care Department at +91-9885373033 or shoot us an email at itnbags@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the product. In such cases, we would request you to courier the product to us, we will adjust the courier charges via bank transfer.
